📦 Shipping
Where do you ship from?
All merchandise is made to order and shipped from trusted print partners. Depending on your location, your order may ship from Australia, the U.S., or another regional provider to keep costs and delays low.
How long does it take?
Production usually takes 2–5 business days, then shipping is:
- Australia: 7–14 business days
- International: 3–10 business days
You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is on the move.
Do you offer express shipping?
Not currently — since everything’s made to order, it takes a few days to produce before it can be shipped. But I’ll let you know if this changes!
🔁 Returns & Refunds
Made to order means I don’t carry stock, and each item is custom-printed just for you. That also means:
✔️ Returns accepted if:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- There’s a print or sizing error on my end
In these cases, contact me within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. I’ll arrange a replacement or refund — whichever works best for you.
❌ Returns not accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size ordered (please check the size chart carefully before purchasing)
- General wear and tear
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
